I am not English person and I am not a big fan of English food, but while I was living in Barcelona, we went few times to eat in “Fish&Chips” restaurant in Rambla de Raval. At the same time I spotted really good deal in supermarket on fish, so I though why not to do something with fish. Keven was making dinner on weekend, so we were having hamburgers with goat cheese, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and honey. Really nice, by the way, this is the only way that I eat and enjoy hamburgers: home-made.

Back to fish…as we have not quite a lot of it, I decided simply make fish and chips. I did not bother by cutting potatoes and used already made one, just put them in the oven to roast for 10 min. Then I added fish to roast together. I had 4 fillets that I cut into 3-4 pieces. Took away excess of water. then cover them with flour with spices (I used garlic salt, thyme, Rosemarie and fresh black pepper), then put into beaten egg and finally into bread crumbs (make sure it is all covered). Add the fish peaces to the potatoes in the oven and bake for around 20-30 mins. I baked 30 mins. as my fish was frozen and after 20 mins. turned peaces of fish around. It was crispy and no fats running while eating.
