As I got quite good deal in Costco for some nice white fish, I decided today to make for dinner something from that. As always, I went to browse in my favourite recipe website BBC Good Food, and I came up with Haddock baked with roasted Peppers&Feta. Except that I changed roasted peppers for sun dried tomatoes and some specific breadcrumbs with the ones that I made some time ago and kept in freezer. The only thing that I was missing was salt, so probably nest time I would add it as this time it had zero. I served it with spinach, feta and cherry tomatoes salad with red wine and raspberry vinegar. Even though my husband has very particular taste and sometimes he is really hard to please, he enjoyed this dish, so I think it can be added to our menu.
